Samsung announces if they have finished development their world’s smallest CMOS photo-sensor (8,4 Mpix).Â They said It’s come with the function that enable taking shots of the same quality as CCD sensors, but at that are much less power-hungry,and also will they said will provide a rapid shift to the new sensors in all previously CCD-powered products - cell phones, digital cameras and camcoders. Hmmm… we just wait it.
