Toshiba present 16GB USB Limited Edition
Toshiba present their first High USB Capacity 16GB memory during ceBIT 2007 called “TransMemory”. The TransMemory is Limited Edition and comes with password protection on it, the size approx. 81mm (L) x 20mm (W) x 8mm (H), 2.0 Hi-Speed Compatible, I thought the related USB with “password protection” also has development by Buffalo. No word about the pricing yet.
