Samsung Electronics showcased its first GPS-enable smartphone with code number “SGH-i550″ during Smartphone Show in London. Running under Symbian S60 Operating System, this handset sports a candy bar type designed and offers a thousands of applications for access to their favorites by using dedicated hot keys. Moreover, The i550 also packed a 2.6-inch display, a 128MB of RAM, a 150MB of ROM and integrated with a 3.2 megapixels camera with auto focus, GPS receiver with turn-by-turn guidance, FM radio tuner, MicroSD card slot and MicroUSB. It also has a built-in 1200 mAh battery and support 3G/HSDPA connectivity which allows the users for surf the web, checking email at a maximum speed of 3.6Mbps. The handset itself would be available on the market in late of 2007
