Philips has demonstrated their new Xenium 9@9j cell phone which used an AAA (Energizer rechargeable) battery as a battery backup during Mobile World Congress 2008 event in Barcelona. Users will able to insert the battery through the available slot on the bottom of handset and offers up to 3 hours of talk time, thanks to Backpower technology from Techtium (Israel company). You should be seeing this one hit shelves in April 2008.
