Dell today present its latest XPS 630 desktop PC in Japan. Measures 199×491×560mm and weight 17.69 kg, this BTO-type computer is powered by an Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 (2.4GHz) processor, a NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI chip set, a 1GB of main memory, a 250GB of HDD, and a GeForce 8800 GT (512MB) graphics card. It also comes equipped a a DVD-ROM/CD-RW drive and pre-load with Windows Vista Home Premium.
As for extended slot, it is loads a PCI Express x16×2, a PCI Express x8×1, a PCI Express x1×1 and PCI×2. Yeah, I like the design where you can easily see the fan from outside. The fact that Dell XPS 630 uses Intel Core 2 Quad proves that Dell is trying to dominate the desktop market.
