The Alpha 400 from Bestlink is an ultra-portable notebook computer designed for budget conscious consumers, and it seems could become another Asus Eee PC competitor. Measures 8.3 x 5.6 x 1.3-inch and weighing only 1.5 pounds, the laptop packs a 32-bit XBurst 400MHz processor, a 7-inch true color display at 800 x 480 resolution, a 128MB of RAM, 160GB of HDD, 1-2GB of internal flash memory, SD memory card slot, USB connectivity, and WiFi. It is running under Linux operating system. The Alpha 400 is available for $250.
