The new Hitachi’s DZ-WR90 Blu Ray Disk Writer expect will be available in the Land of The Rising Sun from mid-July 2008 with a price tag of ¥70,000 or around US$678. Weighing at 1.6kg, this eSATA-base device allows you to create your home movie to a 12cm BD-RE/-R and 12cmDVD-R BR disk from a HD camcorder instantly without the need of computer. The DZ-WR90 combines USB 2.0 and eSATA connectivity for maximum compatibility and flexibility.
