Panasonic ToughBook CF-U1 Tablet PC
Panasonic slow to jump on rugged Tablet PC bandwagon with the release new Panasonic’s 5.6-inch CF-U1 ToughBook in Japan on this October. This next evolution of computing is powered by Z520 Atom processor, which it clocked at 1.33GHz, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of Solid-State Drive, Wi-Fi a/b/g and Bluetooth wireless connectivity. Panasonic designed the CF-U1 to be able to withstand drops of as high as 1 meters, about waist height, and to be able to tolerate more bumps and bruises than your average office notebook PC. As for operation system, you will be able to choose Windows XP Tablet PC Edition or Vista Business SP1.
