Sony Vaio Z Series Laptop

Sony recently announced its new line of sleek, powerful, and lightweight notebook PC, the VAIO Z Series. Sporting a carbon fiber casing with an aluminum keyboard, the machines comes with an optional 128GB SSD, G-Sensor Shock Protection technology, Intel Centrino Duo technology, and a 3.1-inch wide-screen display equips Sony’s XBRITE-DuraView LCD technology for scratch-resistant durability and 100 percent color saturation. The Vaio Z series also allows you to enjoy high-definition content via an option Blu-Ray player, along with an HDMI output port. These laptop will be available in this August at www.sony.com/pr/z and the price will start at $1,800 upwards.

I just love the look of the new Sony VAIO Z series but the price is just so ridiculously high. In Australia it will sell for over AUD$3000 which is about USD$3160.
I think I’m going to go for the similar looking but cheaper SR series.
