The Olympus Stylus 1040 is yet another new point-and-shoot digital camera from the company that will hit the market from September 2008 at an MSRP of $199. Measuring at 16.5mm thick, this slimmest camera sports a 10 megapixel CCD sensor, a 3x optical zoom lens, a 2.7-inch HyperCrystal LCD, face detection, shadow adjustment technology, perfect shot preview, XD and MicroSD slot. Other features found include Intelligent Auto Mode, In-camera panorama, and Digital image stabilization. The Stylus 1040 will be available in silver, red, yellow, and black motifs — that including sliding lens cover in the front, which reminds us of Sony’s Cybershot line.

Cowon has just rolled out a couple of new portable multimedia player — the 02 and S9. Both of models will come with T-DMB receiver, electronic dictionary, and can playback DivX, XviD, MPEG4, WM9, H .264 video files and WMA, MP3, AC3, AAC, FLAC, OGG audio files. Other features found on 02 include a 4.3-inch touch-screen display, micro SD cards slot, and will be available with 8GB, 16GB or 32GB of storage capacity. As for S9 include a 3.3-inch 16M color AMOLED touch screen display, a marvel and curves design, a 500Mhz dual-core CPU, and a Bluetooth connectivity. No idea on pricing and availability, but Cowon expect to exhibition these PMP at the IFA event in Berlin from Friday August 29 — Wednesday September 3, 2008.

Bose has recently introduced its new SoundDock Series II digital music system to all iPod’s and iPhone’s owner to enjoy a music with high-sound quality and many of features as well as functionality.
