The upcoming Yamaha’s BD2900 Blu-ray player now has leaked specs on the net. The specs so far include — a BonusView, support for 1080p24 / 24fps-compatible HDMI, 12-bit Deep Color, 192kHz / 24-bit DACs, etc. The BD2900 would be available sometimes on November at an MSRP of $1,200.

LG yesterday announced its three new Blu-ray optical drives featuring SecurDisc(TM) capabilities to provide a data protection as well as content access control on all current optical formats, and LightScribe(TM) technology, allows the users to easily create direct-to-disc labels right from their drive.
